AdGlare is committed to complying with the Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF) developed by IAB Europe. This page provides a public attestation of AdGlare's adherence to the TCF Policies and Technical Specifications.

Scope of Processing
AdGlare operates as an ad serving platform that enables publishers to deliver advertising on their digital properties.
AdGlare:
- Does not build user profiles across sites or sessions
- Does not perform cross-site tracking
- Does not engage in Real-Time Bidding (RTB)
- Does not share personal data with third-party vendors
Legal Basis
AdGlare relies exclusively on user consent as the legal basis for processing personal data under the TCF.
No processing is performed based on legitimate interest.
Use of Device Storage
AdGlare may store or access information on a user's device using localStorage for the purpose of frequency capping.
This operation:
- Is only performed when valid consent is obtained for Purpose 1
- Is not used for tracking across sites or building user profiles
Purposes of Processing
AdGlare processes personal data only for the following TCF purposes:
- Purpose 1: Store and/or access information on a device
- Purpose 2: Use limited data to select advertising
- Purpose 7: Measure advertising performance
- Purpose 10: Develop and improve services
TC String Handling
AdGlare:
- Receives TC Strings from Consent Management Platforms (CMPs) integrated on publisher websites or CTV platforms
- Parses TC Strings server-side to determine user consent
- Applies consent signals in real-time for each ad request
- The TC String indicates consent for the relevant purpose(s), and
- AdGlare is authorized as a vendor
Data Transfers
AdGlare operates servers in:
- European Union (Netherlands)
- United States
- Singapore
Data Retention
AdGlare retains data for the following purposes:
- Operational logs (including IP addresses): up to 1 year
- Aggregated reporting data without PII: retained up to 3 years for reporting and analytics
Security and Integrity
AdGlare implements technical and organizational measures to:
- Ensure system security
- Prevent fraud and invalid traffic
- Detect and resolve errors
Publisher Responsibilities
Publishers using AdGlare are responsible for:
- Implementing a TCF-compliant CMP
- Collecting valid user consent
- Passing the TC String to AdGlare
Updates
This attestation may be updated to reflect:
- Changes in TCF Policies or Specifications
- Changes in AdGlare's processing activities
