Workspaces in AdGlare: A Scalable Way to Manage Multiple Environments

As per v7, AdGlare offers Workspaces on an Enterprise plan. Workspaces are commonly used in large SaaS apps designed to help advertisers, publishers and media agencies to organize their campaigns in fully isolated environments.

What are Workspaces?

Workspaces are environments within your AdGlare main account that holds its own database of campaigns, creatives, zones, ad tags and report data. They work like separate AdGlare accounts, but with the convenience of having centralized access to your global settings and billing under one unified AdGlare account.

Data between workspaces is isolated. This means that:

  • Campaigns, creatives and zones created in one workspace are not visile in other workspaces
  • Report data like ad requests, impressions and clicks are scoped per workspace
  • Each workspace can be assigned to a set of team members who manage campaigns and zones within that workspace (i.e. a dedicated team)

However, global settings like API keys, preferences, user roles and billing remains shared at your top account level. This dual structure allows for both separation where it matters, and convenience where it counts.

Who Should Use Workspaces?

Workspaces are great for:

  • Large publishers managing multiple websites or apps
  • Advertisers running campaigns for different products at scale
  • Media Agencies handling thousands of campaigns across many customers, where separation is key for both security and workflow optimization

Setting Up a New Workspace

Creating a new workspace is easy:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Workspaces in your AdGlare account
  2. Create a New Workspace
  3. Name your workspace and add a description
Note: you need administrator rights to add and manage workspaces.

Assigning Team Members to Workspaces

With AdGlare's team management system, you can assign users to specific workspaces to ensure access control and data separation.

To do so:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Team Members in your AdGlare account
  2. On the Workspaces tab, select which workspaces the user has access to

Switching Between Workspaces

To switch to a different workspace, click the avatar icon at the bottom left of your screen. From there, select Workspace at the top of the menu. You will see a list of workspaces you have been assigned to.
